THINGS DIDN’T WORK OUT? NO HARD FEELINGS…
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached, and all original packaging and components included, when accompanied by an original Handbag republic receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Please note that returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused and not accepted. Handbag republic allows full refunds or exchanges for items within 14 days of the original purchase.

Please note that items purchased in a wholesale store cannot be returned to Handbag republic website. Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase, except for cash and check refunds, which will be issued by mail. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account using the same payment method. The credit will include the price of the item returned as well as any taxes paid. Please note that shipping charges incurred on the original order will not be included in the credit. The credit should appear on your next statement, and you will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
